About Us

Built on the seam, not the sales pitch

SeamCraft Roofing is a Coeur d'Alene-based commercial roofing company founded by Nick Young, focused on doing the technical part of flat-roof systems — the seam weld — right every time.

Our Story

Started local, staying local

SeamCraft Roofing was founded in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho by Nick Young to bring a sharper standard of workmanship to commercial flat and low-slope roofing in North Idaho. We're a newer name in the market — and we lean into that by staying hands-on: no layers of subcontractors, no call center between you and the person who answers the phone.

Our focus is narrow on purpose. We install and repair TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing systems, with an emphasis on heat-welded seam quality — the detail that determines whether a membrane roof lasts 20 years or leaks in three.

What We Stand On

Where we've focused, being a newer company

We're upfront that SeamCraft is a young company. Here's what we've prioritized instead of chasing years-in-business as a headline.

Safety-First Job Sites

Every crew runs with OSHA-informed safety practices — non-negotiable on every roof.

Warranty on Our Work

We stand behind our workmanship with a warranty on completed jobs.

Direct Owner Access

Nick is involved in the estimate and the job — not just the sales call.

Where we're headed: as SeamCraft takes on more commercial jobs across North Idaho, we're working toward formal licensing/bonding documentation, BBB accreditation, and a track record of client reviews to display here. If any of that is already in place by the time you're reading this, ask us for current documentation.
